At home, the choice of ingredients and raw materials is made following qualitative criteria that must characterize not only the products, but also the people who make them. We are happy to offer, among the various bottles on the menu, the wines that come from the producers of Orcia DOC, Brunello, Nobile, the great Sassicaia, the old vintages of the most famous Italian and foreign wineries. Among the extra virgin olive oils, the green gold of Seggiano, the Olivastra Seggianese DOP, cannot be missing. Just as you cannot miss the protein delicacies that Bottega delle Carni, a renowned butcher’s shop in San Quirico, has always dispensed with skill. And if the chef wants to amaze with colors that vary between yellow and orange, the saffron is that of the Afghan Women of the Costa Family Foundation.
Lunch and dinner, here they are served
Lunch is served at the kiosk from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, dinner in our restaurant room from 7.30pm to 9pm.
